Introduction:

Beatstok.com is an online platform that hosts and distributes instrumental beats created by talented Beatmakers/Music Producers. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Beatmakers/Music Producers may upload their materials to Beatstok.com. By uploading materials, Beatmakers/Music Producers agree to these terms and declare that they have full copyright to the materials they are uploading.

1. Copyright Ownership:

Beatmakers/Music Producers declare that they are the rightful owners of the materials they upload to Beatstok.com. They hold the copyright to their work and have the legal right to upload, distribute, and lease the materials.

2. Grant of Distribution Rights:

By uploading materials to Beatstok.com, Beatmakers/Music Producers grant Beatstok.com the non-exclusive right to distribute, sell, or lease their materials to customers who purchase licenses. This grant of rights is valid until the Beatmaker/Music Producer decides to take down the material.

3. Copyright Complaints:

Beatstok.com respects the intellectual property rights of others. In the event of a copyright complaint by a third party with sufficient evidence of copyright infringement, the following steps will be taken:

1. The complained material will be temporarily removed from the platform while the issue is investigated.
2. The Beatmaker/Music Producer will be notified of the complaint and provided an opportunity to address the issue.
3. If the copyright complaint is valid, the material may be permanently removed from Beatstok.com, and further action may be taken as required by law.

4. Liability:

Beatstok.com is not liable for any copyright infringement claims resulting from the materials uploaded by Beatmakers/Music Producers. Beatmakers/Music Producers are solely responsible for ensuring that their materials do not infringe on the copyrights of others.

5. Termination:

Beatmakers/Music Producers may terminate this agreement at any time by requesting the removal of their materials from Beatstok.com. Beatstok.com may terminate this agreement with Beatmakers/Music Producers who violate these terms.

6. Changes to Terms:

Beatstok.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Beatmakers/Music Producers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.

By uploading materials to Beatstok.com, Beatmakers/Music Producers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This agreement is effective upon the date of material upload.
