Welcome to beatstok.com ("beatstok", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services, including the purchase of music beats. By accessing or using Beatstok.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Definitions

Artist / Buyer: Any individual or entity that purchases a beat from Beatstok.com.

Producer: The creator and original copyright owner of the beat made available on Beatstok.com.

Beat: Any instrumental audio content offered for sale on Beatstok.com.

Exclusive License: A license granting the Artist sole rights to use the beat under the terms outlined herein.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use this website and purchase beats.

3. Grant of Exclusive License

Upon successful payment and confirmation, Beatsok grants the Artist an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to the purchased beat, subject to the terms of this agreement.

The exclusive license includes the right to:

• Record vocals over the beat and create new musical compositions
• Distribute, sell, stream, and perform the resulting song(s)
• Use the beat for commercial and non-commercial purposes
• Monetize the song(s) across all platforms (digital, physical, streaming, film, TV, social media, etc.)

Once purchased:

The beat will no longer be sold or licensed to any other party

All prior non-exclusive licenses (if any) shall remain valid but no new licenses will be issued
